1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProfileGlow ("the Service"), operated at profileglow-production.up.railway.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ProfileGlow is an AI-powered LinkedIn profile optimisation tool. For a one-time fee of ₹199, we analyse your public LinkedIn profile and generate a detailed report containing personalised recommendations, rewritten copy, and actionable improvements. The report is accessible via a unique link and available as a downloadable PDF.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using ProfileGlow, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• The Service costs ₹199 (Indian Rupees) per report, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Payment must be completed before your report is generated.
• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Report Delivery

After successful payment, your report will typically be generated within 2-5 minutes. The report will be accessible via a unique link and available for download as a PDF. We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but do not guarantee exact delivery times due to the nature of AI processing and third-party dependencies.

6. Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your report or if your report is not delivered, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on the refund process.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit LinkedIn URLs that do not belong to you or that you do not have authorisation to analyse.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts, algorithms, or technology.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated reports without our written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam data to the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or abuse the refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• The ProfileGlow brand, website design, and technology are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• The content of your generated report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use (i.e., optimising your own LinkedIn profile).
• You retain ownership of your personal data and LinkedIn profile content.
• We do not claim any ownership over your LinkedIn profile data or the text you choose to implement from the report.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, we make no guarantees that implementing the suggestions will result in specific outcomes such as increased profile views, connection requests, or job offers. The effectiveness of LinkedIn optimisation depends on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfileGlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question (₹199).

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party providers including Razorpay (payments), Apify (data extraction), and Anthropic (AI analysis). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of payment services is also subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
