We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied with your ProfileGlow report or if your report is not delivered, we will issue a full refund of ₹199 — no questions asked.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Report not delivered — Payment was successful but you did not receive your report within a reasonable time (typically 10 minutes).
  • Unsatisfactory report — The report generated does not contain meaningful or relevant recommendations for your LinkedIn profile.
  • Technical errors — The report is incomplete, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.
  • Duplicate payment — You were charged more than once for the same report.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase. Requests made after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Provide the email address you used for the purchase and a brief reason for the refund.

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm the refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay, the same payment gateway used for your original purchase.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.).
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • The request is made more than 24 hours after purchase without a valid technical reason.
  • The report was successfully delivered and accessed, and dissatisfaction is based solely on factors outside the scope of the report (e.g., LinkedIn algorithm changes).
  • Evidence of refund policy abuse or fraudulent activity.

6. Cancellation

Since ProfileGlow is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Each payment of ₹199 corresponds to a single report. If you wish to stop using the Service, simply do not make additional purchases.
